3.1 7-Day Exchange Policy
We want your little one to feel like royalty. If a dress doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We offer size exchanges or store credit for items that are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
3.2 Hygiene & Quality Standards
To ensure the health and safety of all our little customers:
- Condition: Items must be free of scents, stains (including makeup or food), and signs of wear.
- Packaging: Dresses must be returned in their original garment bags to prevent damage to delicate fabrics like tulle or lace.
- Non-Returnable: For hygiene reasons, accessories such as headbands, socks, or tights cannot be returned once opened.
3.3 Refund Processing
If an item is found to be defective upon arrival, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the item is inspected at our Islamabad studio.
